Costume Lighting is dedicated to using advanced software sensors, algorithms and user inputs to animate illuminated colored light as an extension of human expression.

Our use of sensors includes:

Accelerometers to track “G” forces.

Gyro sensors to accurately measure rotation.

Light color spectrum sensors to analyze external colors to allow our products to mimic Chameleon effects.

We have developed unique calibration algorithms to increase the accuracy of low cost accelerometers, allowing them to perform advanced position and movement sensing comparable to High End IMU inertial measurement units.

User inputs include gestures and motion tracking to allow users to change their light colors in novel ways.

As an innovator, he has appeared on national TV, in documentary films and on the TEDx stage. Christopher now, turns his attention to costume lighting technology. By using Colorfly, he hopes to create more emotional connections, by igniting a new curiosity in technology, dedicated to inspiring JOY.
